ADDENDUM: PROJECT HANDOVER, TOKEN GIFTS, BACKUPS AND SUPPORT (version 1.2.1) · Effective from: 30 October 2026

12. Data stored on your device

LogMe stores your projects, log sheets, notes, descriptions, crew names, project images and token balance only on your Device. LogMe does not operate a server for this data and does not receive it, unless You send it to us yourself (for example when You contact support).

13. Device identifier and handover code

When You first open the Application, it creates a random identifier and keeps it in your Device's secure storage (the iOS Keychain or Android Keystore). On iOS this identifier may remain on the Device after the Application is deleted and may be carried to a new Device restored from your Device backup.

The Application uses this identifier only to:

The identifier and handover code are not sent to us, are not used for advertising, and are not used to track You across other apps or websites. Your handover code is shared only when You give it to another person or to us.

14. Files You create and share

When You hand over a project, gift tokens or make a backup, the Application creates a file on your Device. These files can contain project names, log sheets, descriptions, notes, project images, crew names and your handover code.

15. Support requests, unlock files and promotions

If You contact us to restore access to a project, to receive tokens, or as part of a Promotion, we may process your email address, your handover code, the names of the projects concerned, and proof of purchase (such as an App Store or Google Play receipt or order number).

We use this data to verify your request, prevent fraud and create a support or promotional file for your Device. The legal bases are performance of a contract with You and our legitimate interest in preventing fraud.

We keep a record of each file we issue (date, handover code, project names and number of tokens) for fraud prevention, accounting and dispute handling, for as long as described in section 7 (Data retention).

16. App Store and Google Play ratings

After some PDF exports, the Application may ask Apple or Google to show their own rating prompt. The prompt is provided by Apple or Google. LogMe does not receive your identity or rating through it. Ratings and reviews are governed by Apple's or Google's terms and privacy policies.

17. Test versions

If You use a pre-release version of the Application (for example through Apple TestFlight), Apple may share crash reports and usage information with us under Apple's TestFlight terms.
